Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our outdoor swim coaching services, which include hot and cold therapies, sauna sessions, personalized coaching, and adventure swims. To ensure a smooth experience, please review our refund and cancellation policy outlined below:
Refunds:
Booking cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled session will receive a full refund.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of the session will be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Refunds may take up to 5-7 business days to process and reflect in the original payment method.
Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel or reschedule a session, please notify us as soon as possible via email or phone.
We understand unforeseen circumstances may arise; however, repeated cancellations may affect future bookings or participation eligibility for our services.
Our team reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to adverse weather conditions, safety concerns, or any other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will endeavour offer alternative session dates or a full refund.
Rescheduling:
We accommodate rescheduling requests based on availability and with a minimum of 48 hours' notice before the session.
Requests for rescheduling made within 24 hours of the session may be subject to availability and an additional fee.
Missed Sessions:
No refunds or credits will be issued for missed sessions or late arrivals.
Late arrival may result in a shortened session to ensure the schedule is maintained for other participants.
We strive to offer high-quality and enjoyable sessions, and we appreciate your understanding and cooperation regarding our refund and cancellation policies.
